Welcome, we're delighted to have you here! At Willow Way, we believe in the power of play to heal and empower children. Explore what we can offer to support your child’s emotional well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.
Play Therapy is a type of therapy where children use play and art materials to express themselves. It can help them understand what has been going on, and what different thoughts and feelings they have been experiencing. Talking about their problems can be hard and sometimes young people don't have the words to describe how they are feeling, or why they are behaving a certain way. With play and art, they can express themselves in their own way; especially if they don't understand how they are feeling, or how to let someone else know. Using play means that they can explore their thoughts and feelings in creative ways, without having to use words to explain.
What we do
Play Therapy
We offer individual therapy sessions in your child's school setting or at our private space in Branston, Lincoln.
My son's school recommended Natalie as a play therapist for our 5 year old son with speech delay. From the very first session, she created a welcoming and joyful space where he could be himself, I don't even think he realised he was "working" on anything. He made such incredible progress with his communication skills, expressing his emotions, and improving his social interactions - all which have helped him build his confidence. I can't recommend Natalie enough to any family with a child struggling with speech or communication
Parent
There has been a significant and positive change that both school and parents have noticed from children doing play therapy with Natalie.
I would highly recommend Natalie to other settings!

Natalie was a plesure to work with. She built strong relationships with our children who had complex needs. They have all made progress towards their objectives and we really appreciate all she has done for our children.
