\nPlay Therapy\n<\/h2>
\nPlay Therapy is a type of therapy where children use play and art materials to express themselves. It can help them understand what has been going on, and what different thoughts and feelings they have been experiencing. Talking about their problems can be hard and sometimes young people don't have the words to describe how they are feeling, or why they are behaving a certain way. With play and art, they can express themselves in their own way; especially if they don't understand how they are feeling, or how to let someone else know. Using play means that they can explore their thoughts and feelings in creative ways, without having to use words to explain.
