Our first meeting provides an opportunity to explore your child’s needs and consider whether Play and Creative Arts Therapy is the right support.
This appointment usually lasts around 50–60 minutes and allows us to build a picture of your child’s strengths, challenges and therapeutic goals before planning the best way forward together.
Individual Play and Creative Arts Therapy sessions tailored to your child.
Each therapy session lasts approximately 45 minutes, with additional time dedicated to planning, preparation, clinical note writing and ongoing therapeutic reflection.
Therapy is most effective when sessions take place weekly. I usually recommend an initial commitment of 12 sessions, although this may vary depending on your child’s individual needs.
I believe every child deserves access to emotional support, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
If finances are a concern, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Depending on your circumstances and availability, I may be able to offer a reduced-fee place or signpost you to organisations that provide funding for therapeutic support.
I know it can feel difficult to ask for help, but all enquiries are treated with sensitivity, respect and complete confidentiality.

Play and Creative Arts Therapy can be commissioned for individual children or small therapeutic groups. Sessions are delivered within your setting, allowing children to access therapeutic support in a familiar and secure environment.
School fees reflect the additional time required for liaison with school staff, session planning, travel, administration and collaborative working to support each child within the school environment.
